Workshop Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager/Supervisor to oversee and manage all operations within our printing workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and optimizing workshop performance in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop activities, including production scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all printing and binding machinery is operated safely and efficiently, and oversee routine maintenance.
• Monitor production output to meet deadlines and quality specifications.
• Manage and train workshop staff, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
