We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (B2B) with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market share within the building materials sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, including architects, builders, and interior designers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective product distribution and channel management within the zone.
