Zonal Sales Manager (B2C)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) to lead our sales efforts across a designated zone within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with customers and partners in the B2C events and live entertainment space. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the Indian consumer market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve zonal revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2C segment, focusing on events, concerts, sports, and other live entertainment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, venues, and corporate partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional activities within the zone.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
