Develop and execute Zonal B2C sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2C customers and channel partners.

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.

Utilize design thinking principles to understand consumer pain points and develop effective sales approaches.

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product innovation and promotional campaigns.

Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
