Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) with 2-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of LLM principles to drive our B2C outreach and sales initiatives in the Ahmedabad zone. This role is crucial for expanding our educational program's reach and impact among families and communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving zonal sales targets. Your deep understanding of LLM can be leveraged to innovate our outreach and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies for the Ahmedabad zone to meet or exceed zonal targets.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, parents, and educational stakeholders.
Utilize insights from LLM to design innovative and data-driven customer engagement campaigns.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on performance to senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical sales practices.
