Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) with a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who can leverage their design thinking and sales acumen to drive B2C sales within the assigned zone. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies for the assigned zone, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2C segment, focusing on IT services and consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Utilize design thinking principles to understand customer pain points and present innovative service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed zonal sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with market demands.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
