Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) - Metals & Mining (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and legally-minded Zonal Sales Manager (B2C) with 2-3 years of experience to lead our B2C sales efforts in the Nagpur zone. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies within the metals and mining sector, coupled with the ability to leverage your LLB background to navigate commercial agreements and compliance. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your designated zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Zonal sales strategies to achieve B2C sales targets for our range of metal products.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2C clients and channel partners.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient process management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations, utilizing your LLB knowledge.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Conduct legal reviews of sales contracts and agreements to mitigate risks.
- Organize and participate in local sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
