3-4 Yrs Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations role in Design

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. This role will be instrumental in managing and executing our campus engagement and recruitment strategies, particularly for design-related roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of emerging talent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a proven understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding within the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target institutions.
- Plan and coordinate campus events, job fairs, and recruitment drives, including virtual and in-person activities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and design teams to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives on campuses to enhance Infosys's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on campus hiring progress and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the onboarding process for newly hired campus graduates.
