We are seeking a diligent and motivated Application Security Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the security of our software applications throughout their lifecycle, playing a crucial part in protecting our critical water and waste management infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities, fostering a security-first culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct security assessments and code reviews for web and mobile applications.

Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities using SAST, DAST, and manual testing techniques.

Collaborate with development teams to provide remediation guidance and track vulnerability closure.

Develop and maintain security testing frameworks and tools.

Contribute to the secure design of new applications and features.

Stay updated on the latest application security threats, trends, and best practices.

Participate in security awareness training for development teams.
