Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our IT Security team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our insurance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT security environment within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring security alerts and events to detect and respond to potential threats.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security tools and technologies.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and help in tracking remediation efforts.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Help in conducting security awareness training for employees.
- Learn and apply security best practices in a real-world environment.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security requirements are met.
- Document security-related processes and findings.
