Client Servicing Manager - Textile & Apparel Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth within our textile and apparel business. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable service plans.
- Proactively manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, design) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client account status, performance, and potential issues to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients and the company.
