Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Partner / Client Relations professional to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is crucial for developing and managing strategic partnerships and ensuring strong client relationships to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience in channel management or client relations, preferably within the IT or management consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive partner sales and performance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support channel partners and clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance and client engagement.
