Seeking Email Marketing (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a passion for leveraging email to drive engagement and conversions within the corporate railway sector. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to support IRCTC's diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across various segments, including promotions, newsletters, and customer onboarding.

Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Design and implement A/B tests for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize campaign performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights and reports.

Ensure email deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align email strategies with overall business objectives.

Manage email marketing platforms and tools, staying updated with new features and functionalities.

Assist in creating engaging email content, including copywriting and basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
