Job Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a unique blend of analytical prowess and design thinking to join our dynamic team at OYO Rooms in Mumbai. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, a Master's degree in Design (M.Des), and a passion for the hospitality industry. You will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through optimized performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other programmatic platforms to drive bookings and customer acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for optimization and growth. Utilize your M.Des background to creatively design ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys that resonate with our target audience and improve conversion rates.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging in all performance marketing assets.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and the hospitality sector.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
