Career Opportunity: SEM / PPC Specialist (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven SEM / PPC Specialist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition within the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, advanced analytical capabilities, and a passion for leveraging data to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM/PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms to meet defined marketing goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify new opportunities.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad copy for maximum relevance and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively across various campaigns and platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in SEM/PPC and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with content, design, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
