Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and support principles. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our software product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment and management of software updates and patches.
- Monitor IT system performance and identify potential issues.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and support requests.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are followed.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets.
