Security Engineer / Analyst | MNC

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Security Engineer / Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic security team. This role is crucial for safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our sensitive data within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practical experience in threat detection, incident response, and security infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security alerts and events from various security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF) to identify potential threats and breaches.

Conduct forensic investigations and root cause analysis for security incidents.

Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on systems and applications.

Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into system designs and operations.

Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
