Accounts Payable Manager (2-3 Yrs) | Indore

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of financial processes within the industrial equipment sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices against purchase orders and other supporting documentation.

Process payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and payment terms.

Maintain the vendor master file and ensure all vendor information is accurate and up-to-date.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
