Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Acquisition Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the BPO/Call Centre sector, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our service offerings. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and market opportunities in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve acquisition targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Understand client needs and tailor BPO/Call Centre solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and market intelligence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in client acquisition.
