We are seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our medical devices and equipment business, ensuring efficient administrative processes and excellent record-keeping. This role requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate company records and databases related to sales, inventory, and client information.

Process and file all incoming and outgoing documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

Coordinate with various departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.

Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain office supplies and manage general administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
