We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Banking Operations professional to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent Diploma holder with 0-1 years of experience, eager to learn and contribute to the smooth functioning of our financial operations within the chemical industry. The role will involve supporting various banking and transactional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily banking activities, including processing of payments and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements with company records.
Support the finance team with data entry and record keeping for banking transactions.
Liaise with banks for queries and transaction follow-ups.
Assist in preparing financial reports related to banking operations.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for financial transactions.
