Insurance Agent / Advisor - Engineering & Construction Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent / Advisor with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a strong understanding of the insurance landscape, particularly within the Engineering & Construction sector. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and ensuring comprehensive coverage for our corporate clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for corporate clients in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Develop and present customized insurance solutions, including general liability, professional indemnity, marine cargo, and employee benefits.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and coverage limits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
- Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure smooth policy processing and claim settlement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance division.
- Leverage technical knowledge gained from M.Tech to understand complex project risks and insurance requirements.
