Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our finance team in Vijayawada. This role will support our investment activities within the clinical research and contract research sector. You will be involved in financial analysis, market research, and due diligence processes to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for target companies.
- Perform market research and industry analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and operational data.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Monitor existing portfolio companies and track their performance.
- Support deal sourcing and relationship management with intermediaries and company management.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the clinical research and contract research industry.
