Direct Sales Agent - Law Enforcement / Security Services Sector (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and driven Direct Sales Agent with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the law enforcement and security services sector, focusing on promoting and selling Klavix Security Systems' comprehensive security solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. A legal background will be advantageous in understanding client contractual needs and compliance in security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the law enforcement and security services industry through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Understand client requirements and present tailored security solutions offered by Klavix, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new security technologies.

Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast future sales.
