Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 1-2 years of experience to join our Lending team in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to contribute to the innovation and improvement of our lending products and processes. This role is crucial in enhancing user experience and operational efficiency within the lending vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Analyze user needs and pain points in existing lending products and services.
*   Develop user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for new lending features or improvements.
*   Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate design concepts into functional solutions.
*   Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

*   Assist in defining and documenting design guidelines and best practices for lending products.
