Seeking Fixed Income Dealer (1-2 Yrs) for a Growing Investment Bank

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and analytical Fixed Income Dealer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong understanding of the fixed income markets. This role involves actively participating in the trading and execution of fixed income securities, contributing to portfolio management, and supporting the broader investment banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades in various fixed income instruments (e.g., government bonds, corporate bonds, money market instruments) as per market opportunities and client mandates.

Monitor market movements, economic news, and regulatory changes impacting the fixed income landscape.

Assist in the analysis of fixed income securities, including yield calculations, duration analysis, and credit risk assessment.

Maintain strong relationships with market participants, including brokers, custodians, and other financial institutions.

Prepare daily trading reports, performance summaries, and other relevant documentation.

Support the treasury and portfolio management teams with data analysis and execution tasks.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
