We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Forex Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma and have a foundational understanding of foreign exchange operations within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is crucial for managing our company's foreign currency transactions, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring and managing the company's foreign exchange exposures and positions.
Execute foreign currency transactions (spot, forward contracts) as per approved policies.
Reconcile foreign currency accounts and ensure accuracy of entries.
Support in hedging strategies and risk management activities related to foreign exchange.
Prepare reports on forex transactions, market trends, and potential risks for management review.
Ensure compliance with all relevant foreign exchange regulations and internal policies.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for forex transactions and services.
