- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Gather feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Assist in organizing and conducting online and offline events to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer information.
- Develop a deep understanding of Vedantu's offerings and the competitive landscape.
