Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify employee needs and preferences, utilizing advanced methodologies to inform program design and development.
- Develop and manage budgets for all planned activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Communications, Facilities) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of engagement programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage logistics for all activities, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and material procurement.
- Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels, acting as a point of contact for activity-related queries and feedback.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
