Air Traffic Controller

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Air Traffic Controller with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to manage and coordinate air traffic operations within our Vishakhapatnam facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, orderly, and efficient flow of air traffic, particularly for our company's aviation assets and related logistics. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and technical skills to monitor flight paths, communicate with pilots, and implement safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage air traffic within the designated airspace around the Vishakhapatnam facility.

Communicate effectively with pilots, ground personnel, and other relevant stakeholders using standard aviation phraseology.

Utilize radar, navigation, and communication systems to track aircraft and ensure separation standards are maintained.

Issue clearances, advisories, and information to pilots to ensure safe flight operations.

Respond to and manage emergency situations, coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all air traffic movements and incidents.

Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations and company policies.

Analyze flight data and operational trends to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and safety.

Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize flight schedules and resource allocation.
