Allied Health Manager

Role Summary:

You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative health and wellness initiatives tailored to our software product workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive allied health programs and services for employees, focusing on preventive care, mental well-being, and ergonomic support.
- Utilize B.Des principles to design engaging and accessible health and wellness communication materials, workshops, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to integrate health and wellness initiatives into the company culture and employee lifecycle.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather employee feedback to identify areas for program improvement and innovation.
- Research and recommend new technologies and best practices in corporate wellness to enhance program effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships for external health and wellness service providers.
- Track and analyze program participation and outcomes, reporting on key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
