Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (B2C) to drive our sales initiatives in the Coimbatore region. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and 3-6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the technology or emerging sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new customers through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
