Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly vigilant and responsible Armed Security Guard with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our esteemed hospital in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through their design background, to ensure the safety and security of our patients, staff, and premises. This role requires a unique blend of security awareness and a design-thinking approach to risk assessment and prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor hospital premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and other security breaches.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents promptly and effectively.
- Conduct security checks and inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Enforce hospital rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and orderly environment.
- Assist in crowd control and manage access during special events or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of security activities, incidents, and observations.
- Utilize design thinking principles to identify potential security vulnerabilities and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with hospital administration and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
