Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Travel & Tourism Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to oversee and manage housekeeping operations at our Lucknow property within the Travel & Tourism sector. This role requires a blend of operational efficiency and strategic thinking to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure efficient room turnaround.
- Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and control housekeeping expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the implementation of new housekeeping technologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to departmental budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experience.
