Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Aviation Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our corporate team in Surat. This role will be instrumental in analyzing aviation-related risks, optimizing operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation operations coupled with business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of aviation-related insurance risks, including aircraft maintenance, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate aviation industry trends and their potential impact on insurance portfolios.
Collaborate with underwriting teams to assess and price aviation insurance policies.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for aviation clients.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on aviation risk exposure and performance.
Stay abreast of advancements in aviation technology and safety standards, and their implications for the insurance sector.
Support claims investigation and resolution processes for aviation-related incidents.
