Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operations of the cargo terminal, including receiving, inspecting, and dispatching shipments.
- Accurately prepare and process all necessary cargo documentation, such as airway bills, shipping manifests, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding cargo handling and safety.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during cargo processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all cargo activities and prepare reports as required.
- Support senior staff in optimizing cargo operations and improving efficiency.
