Ramp Agent - Consumer Electronics & Appliances Sector

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Ramp Agent with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. The Ramp Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our product development and quality assurance processes within the consumer electronics and appliances sector. This role requires a strong understanding of technical specifications, an analytical mindset, and the ability to contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the ramp-up and testing of new consumer electronic and appliance models, ensuring adherence to product specifications and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the product development lifecycle.

Conduct performance testing, reliability testing, and stress testing on prototypes and pre-production units.

Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide feedback for product improvement.

Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and any deviations.

Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes and workflows.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
