Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher with 3-4 years of experience and a strong legal background (LLB) to join our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of flight schedules, leveraging their analytical skills and understanding of regulatory frameworks. This role requires meticulous planning, effective communication, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor flight plans, considering factors such as weather, air traffic, aircraft performance, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations, including those pertaining to flight crew duty times, aircraft maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Liaise with flight crews, air traffic control, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement in flight efficiency and safety.
- Interpret and apply legal and regulatory documents relevant to aviation operations and dispatch.
- Manage operational disruptions and emergencies, developing contingency plans and making timely decisions to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date flight logs, records, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and review of operational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and business objectives.
