We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Partner to join our growing Facility Management Services team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our integrated facility management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the facility management landscape in India, coupled with excellent leadership and analytical skills. This position is well-suited for a professional with 4-6 years of relevant experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced MNC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management operations to align with client objectives and company goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management services, ensuring high standards of service delivery, safety, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for efficiency gains, cost optimization, and service enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective problem-solving.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant local and national regulations and company policies.
