Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused professional with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. This role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our ATM and Credit Card services, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of financial transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily ATM operations, including cash management, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.

Manage credit card processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely settlements.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ATM and credit card transactions.

Monitor transaction activity for fraud detection and prevention.

Liaise with banking partners and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

Prepare reports on ATM and credit card performance, transaction volumes, and customer feedback.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
