Opening for Fire Guard | Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Fire Guard with a legal background to join our corporate team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and managing all aspects of fire prevention and response within our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular fire safety audits and inspections across all company premises, identifying potential hazards and non-compliance issues.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive fire prevention and safety plans in accordance with Indian legal requirements and industry best practices.

Ensure all fire safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers) is regularly inspected, maintained, and in proper working condition.

Provide training to employees on fire safety procedures, emergency evacuation plans, and the proper use of fire-fighting equipment.

Investigate fire incidents, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Liaise with local fire authorities, regulatory bodies, and insurance providers on all fire safety-related matters.

Review and interpret relevant legal statutes, building codes, and regulations pertaining to fire safety and workplace safety.

Maintain accurate records of all fire safety activities, inspections, training, and incident reports.

Develop and manage emergency response protocols, including evacuation drills and procedures.
