Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented CCTV Operator with a B.Com degree to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel within our Iron & Steel facility. The B.Com background is beneficial for understanding operational data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds from various cameras across the facility.
- Detect and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly.
- Log all incidents, observations, and actions taken in a clear and concise manner.
- Review recorded footage as required for investigations or incident analysis.
- Liaise with security personnel and management regarding any security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and procedures.
- Assist in generating basic reports related to security incidents or operational observations, leveraging B.Com analytical skills.
