Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Private Detective with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and be adept at conducting thorough investigations, gathering intelligence, and providing comprehensive reports. This role is critical for ensuring security protocols, asset protection, and operational integrity within our defence and aerospace operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discreet surveillance and investigations to gather information related to potential security threats, employee misconduct, or intellectual property theft.
- Analyze financial records, operational data, and background information to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports, including findings, evidence, and recommendations.
- Interview witnesses, employees, and external parties to collect relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal security teams, legal counsel, and relevant authorities as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines during investigations.
- Develop and implement proactive security measures based on intelligence gathered.
- Utilize various investigative tools and techniques, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) and digital forensics where applicable.
