Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Dock Master with 3-4 years of experience to manage and oversee all operations at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and safe handling of incoming and outgoing goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams. This role requires a graduate with a keen eye for detail and strong operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and dispatch of goods according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the dock area.
- Manage dock schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Liaise with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Document all dock activities, including shipment details, damages, and delays.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the dock area.
- Train and mentor junior dock staff as needed.
