We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Marshal (Bouncer) to join our team in Mumbai. With 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a secure and orderly environment, deterring any potential threats and responding effectively to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Patrol designated areas within the hotel premises to maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorized access or activities.
• - Monitor entrances and exits, screening individuals to ensure they meet entry requirements and do not pose a security risk.
• - Respond promptly and professionally to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, de-escalating situations and taking appropriate action.
• - Enforce hotel policies and regulations regarding guest conduct, safety, and security.
• - Conduct regular security checks of the premises, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or security vulnerabilities.
• - Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• - Maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
• - Provide assistance to guests and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
