Key Responsibilities:

- Review and interpret aviation-related legal documents, contracts, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DGCA, ICAO, EASA).
- Provide legal insights and support for aviation engineering projects and operational procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance strategies for aviation clients.
- Conduct legal research on aviation law and its implications for BPM services.
- Liaise with internal engineering teams, legal counsel, and external aviation authorities.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with aviation engineering processes.
- Draft and review legal clauses for service level agreements (SLAs) pertaining to aviation operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards from a legal perspective.
- Support the resolution of legal disputes or queries related to aviation engineering services.
