Bankruptcy Specialist (2-3 Yrs) in Consumer Electronics & Appliances

We are seeking a dedicated Bankruptcy Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a foundational understanding of financial principles, with a specific interest in corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings within the consumer electronics and appliances industry. This role will support the legal and finance departments in managing financial distress and recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and filing of bankruptcy-related documents and petitions.

Conduct financial analysis of distressed companies, including asset and liability assessment.

Liaise with legal counsel, creditors, and other stakeholders involved in insolvency proceedings.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bankruptcy cases.

Support in developing and implementing restructuring or liquidation plans.

Stay updated on relevant Indian bankruptcy laws and regulations.
