Visual Effect Supervisor role in Banking (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented Visual Effect Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual effects principles and a passion for applying them within the financial sector. This role does not require a postgraduate degree. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and integration of visual effects for various internal and external communication projects, ensuring they align with HDFC Bank's brand identity and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop visual effects sequences for marketing materials, internal training, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including designers and content creators, to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Manage the entire VFX pipeline from pre-visualization to final delivery.
- Ensure all visual effects are high-quality, technically sound, and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest VFX software, techniques, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the production process.
- Provide creative input and technical guidance to junior team members.
