Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented BD / Pre-Sales professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and developing compelling pre-sales solutions within the FinTech and payments sector. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on the FinTech and payments ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that address client requirements.
- Articulate the value proposition of our FinTech solutions, highlighting key features and benefits relevant to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business objectives and financial needs.
- Prepare and present business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support sales efforts.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the market and contribute to product development.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and market dynamics within the Indian FinTech landscape.
- Achieve and exceed pre-sales targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
