We are seeking a diligent and analytical Billing / Planning Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of financial processes, planning, and data analysis within the travel and tourism sector. This role is crucial for optimizing our billing operations and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate accurate and timely invoices for various travel services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reconcile billing data with booking records and payment information to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the development and refinement of billing processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth billing cycles and address customer queries related to invoices.
Contribute to financial planning and forecasting by providing accurate billing data and analysis.
Prepare regular reports on billing, revenue, and operational performance for management review.
Analyze billing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
